The Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Australia – Perth, together with our Premium Member, Spudshed’s Tony Galati, joined the Amunì Festival, a celebration of Sicily’s authentic flavours, culture and local excellence.

Amunì, meaning “let’s go” in Sicilian dialect, brought together producers, businesses, industry professionals and food lovers for a unique showcase of the region’s incredible products and traditions.

Over several days, our President, Rob Monzu, Tony Galati and Ambra Cannistraro took part in B2B meetings, tastings, networking opportunities and discussions with local producers, strengthening connections between Western Australia and Sicily and exploring new opportunities for collaboration.
